downloaded, edited on the computer and printed.
They CANNOT be saved to your computer.
Word files (See
Winzip instructions below)
You must have Microsoft Word / Office 2000 or newer
and
Winzip. These files
must be downloaded and unzipped. Then they can
be edited and saved on your computer.

Instructions for using Winzip to download Career
Ladder Form with Mozilla or IE
1. Click on the link to download that form, i.e. Word Files: Form A
2. The File download box pops up. Click the “Save File” button.
3. Click OK.
4. Choose where you want to save the file by using the drop down arrow
next to the Save in box. i.e. My Downloads. Make note of the File name
in the File name box (i.e. forma.zip). Click Save.
5. Close Mozilla.
6. Use My Computer to navigate to the folder you put the zip file in
(i.e. My Downloads).
7. Double click the file.
8. The Winzip box appears.
9. Click the “I agree” button.
10. Click the file name available in the white box. i.e. forma.doc
11. Click the Extract button.
12. A new box opens asking where you want to extract to. In the window
on the right labeled Folder/Drives choose where you want to store the form.
i.e. My Documents.
13. Click the Extract button.
14. Click the top right X of the Winzip window to close Winzip.
15. Use My Computer to navigate to the form, i.e. My Documents.
16. Double click the file i.e. forma.doc and Word will start and open
the file.
